Deadbeat Roommates is a collaborative project between Laf Innovative and another unnamed company. Deadbeat Roommates was created to syndicate/share stories about bad roommates and the havoc they have caused in people’s personal and financial lives. It provides unique and interesting stories written and submitted by real people along with social media connections to encourage sharing, debate and commenting.

Deadbeat Roommates was originally started sometime in 2008 but never came to fruition due mainly to neglect. Laf Innovative redesigned the site, added more functionality, added new articles and cleaned up a lot of spam which in turn has increased the viewer-ship 500%.
